Validity of sales conditions

1. The terms and conditions of sale apply to the buyer from the TSAUKAKAO.EU online store (hereinafter the Consumer) and the company ROHELINE UBA OÜ. (hereinafter Webshop tsaukakao.eu) when purchasing goods and services.

2. In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising when purchasing products from the tsaukakao.ee online store are governed by the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter VÕS), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter TKS) and other legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

3. The online store tsaukakao.eu reserves the right to make changes to the sales conditions. The mentioned changes are reflected on the website tsaukakao.eu.

Payment methods and prices

1. Prices are given in euros, all prices in the Online Store include VAT 22%.

2. Prices are valid from the time the order is completed until the payment deadline for the completed order expires (7 days after the order is completed). If the order is placed before the terms of sale or prices are changed, the legal relations between the Consumer and tsaukakao.eu will be governed by the conditions valid at the time the order was placed.

3. The online store tsaukakao.eu reserves the right to make changes in sales prices. The mentioned changes are reflected on the website tsaukakao.eu.

4. The payment currency is the euro, bank links valid in Estonia and card payments are used as payment methods.

Selecting and ordering goods

1. It is convenient to start selecting products from the product menu on the left. Once you have selected the required product, indicate how many products you want to buy in the quantity field and add the product to the shopping cart. You can get an overview of the contents of the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the homepage.

2. When all the desired items have been added to the shopping cart, check the selected products, quantities and price, then complete the order. All customer personal data are confidential, they are not disclosed to third parties.

Entry into force of the sales contract

1. With the goods sale contract, the Online Store tsaukakao.eu undertakes to hand over the ordered Goods to the Consumer and to enable the transfer of ownership to the Consumer, while the Consumer undertakes to pay the Online Store tsaukakao.eu the amount shown on the invoice for the Goods and to accept the Goods.

2. Orders that have not been paid for will be canceled 7 days after the order was placed.

3. The sales contract enters into force after the payment made by the Consumer has been received in the bank account of the Online Store.

Delivery of goods

There are the following options for receiving the goods:

1. Omniva parcel machines all over Estonia. Price €3.50. When choosing the Omniva service, also select the parcel machine where you want to receive the parcel from the drop-down menu.

2. DPD parcel machines across Estonia. Price €2.90. When choosing the DPD service, also select the parcel machine where you want to receive the package from the drop-down menu.

3. I will pick it up myself: possibility to pick up the order in Harjumaa, Kos, either from our production Kehra mnt. 6 or Kristallipesa store, Pikk tn. 15. Make an appointment in advance by calling 56953915

We deliver orders over €40 free of charge.

As a rule, we ship the order within 3 working days of the purchase. The above prices and terms of goods delivery are valid only within the Republic of Estonia.

The online store tsaukakao.eu is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of goods if the goods have been handed over to the logistics partners on time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that the online store tsaukakao.eu could not influence or foresee

Order modification and cancellation

If you have already placed an order but would like to change it, please email tsau.kakao@gmail.com as soon as possible. In the letter, also indicate your order number that you want to change.

If you want to cancel the order, but you have already paid for it via a bank link, immediately send a message about the cancellation request with the bank account number, where the amount to be returned for the goods should be transferred.

Returning goods

If the Consumer is not satisfied with the received goods, he has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days from the receipt of the ordered goods and to return the goods in unused form, in undamaged packaging and at his own expense.

For this purpose, the Consumer must submit an application for the return of the goods to the e-mail address tsau.kakao@gmail.com or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the logistics company during the aforementioned period.

The amount paid for the goods will then be returned to the Consumer, excluding transport costs.

Force Majeure

The online store tsaukakao.eu is not responsible for damages caused to the Consumer or the delay in the delivery of the goods, if the damage or the delay in the delivery of the goods is due to circumstances that the Online store tsaukakao.eu could not influence or foresee. 

Processing of personal data
1. By entering data in the online store and with the corresponding confirmation, the Consumer grants the right to collect and process the Consumer's personal data (name, contact phone number, package delivery and/or home address, e-mail address) and to transmit personal data to the logistics partner for the delivery of the goods.

2. The consumer has the right to prohibit the collection and use of his personal data at any time, unless it is necessary to collect a claim arising from the contract or to deliver the goods.

3. The use of electronic personal data for direct mail takes place only if the Consumer has given separate consent for this.

4. Encrypted data communication with banks when paying for purchases ensures the security of the Consumer's personal bank credentials, and the Online Store does not have access to them either.

Procedure for submitting claims
1. The online store tsaukakao.eu is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the Consumer with the contract terms or defects that appear within 2 months from the handing over of the goods to the Consumer.

2. In the event of a defect, the consumer has the right to contact the Online Store tsaukakao.eu within 2 months at the latest, presenting the invoice on the basis of which the purchase of the goods was paid for.

3. If the goods are defective, please stop using the goods.

4. The replacement of defective goods shall be mutually agreed between the Online Store tsaukakao.eu and the Consumer. The replacement costs are covered by the tsaukakao.eu Webshop.

5. The online store tsaukakao.eu is not responsible for defects in the product due to the Consumer's fault, which have arisen as a result of improper storage of the product or non-intended use of the product.

6. In case of non-compliance or defects of the product, send a claim to the e-mail address tsau.kakao@gmail.com, where the name of the person who placed the order, contact telephone number, order number and a precise description of the non-compliance or defect of the product are indicated.

7. A claim regarding the discovery of non-compliance or defects of the product must be submitted within two months from the discovery of the non-compliance or defect of the product.

8. All claims are reviewed and the Consumer is contacted as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the claim.

9. The consumer has the right to demand from the tsaukakao.eu Online Store a reduction in the purchase price or to terminate the contract and to demand a refund for the goods if the tsaukakao.eu Online Store is unable to repair or replace the goods, the repair or replacement of the goods fails, the tsaukakao.eu Online Store is not responsible for the goods eliminated the defect within a reasonable time, unreasonable inconveniences have been caused to the consumer.

The consumer's right to appeal to the Consumer Complaints Commission

1. If the Online Store has refused to resolve the Consumer's complaint or the Consumer does not agree with the solution proposed by the Online Store and considers that his rights have been violated or his interests have been damaged, the Consumer may submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Commission through the Consumer Protection Board or to the court. The consumer can file a complaint himself or through a representative. The information of the Consumer Protection Commission is given on the website of the Consumer Protection Board , to solve problems arising in the member states of the European Union, contact the Consumer Advice Center of the European Union .
