Nutritional information per 100g product on average: energy 467 kcal / 1955 kJ; fats 17 g of, of which saturated fats 11 g; carbohydrates 31 g, of which sugars 25 g; proteins 17 g; salt 0,5 g.

Preparation: Take 3-4 teaspoons of powder per 200 ml mug, add half a mug hot water, mix carefully, add the other half of the water, mix again and leave to settle for 1 minute. Sit comfortabely and enjoy your drink. 

If the cocoa forgets to stand longer, it's not bad - it also tastes good cold.
